Dayton Pop Warner Football Registration is from 4/1/2025 - 8/1/2025 (bearing extenuating circumstances). Dayton Pop Warner Cheer registration starts on 4/1/2025 with a hard cut-off on 5/28/2025 (bearing extenuating circumstances).

NEW players need to provide the following documentation at a live event: a 2025-2026 Youth Participant Medical History Form and a Sports Physical dated between 08/2023 - 08/2025 from your medical provider.
Note: All new players will be required to upload their Birth Certificate during the Registration Process.
- RETURNING players must provide the following documentation at a live event: a 2025-2026 Youth Participant Medical History Form.
- For all Offline Payment(s) please apply discount code DPW2025 (case sensitive) at the shopping cart window. Offline Payment(s) will need to be paid off completely by the time of fittings in the form of a Check and/or Cash.
- Full Payment (credit card or debit card) is required to pay online.
- A 4.8% Service Charge is applied at checkout.

- 2025 Registration Fee for Football - $265
- Payment Plan available.
- Four equal payments of the total due at checkout, with the 1st upfront payment being one of the four. Payments will be pulled out of your account listed on file on the 5th of each month until paid off.
