Dayton Pop Warner Football Registration is from 3/1/2024 - 6/30/2024 (bearing extenuating circumstances).

Dayton Pop Warner Cheer registration starts on 3/1/2024 with a hard cut-off on 6/15/2024 (bearing extenuating circumstances).

• Follow our Facebook Page for more information on where/how to register at a live event in person. 
• All physical documents need to be provided to Whitney Vasquez.
• NEW players need to provide the following documentation at a live event: a 2024-2025 Medical History Form, and a Sports Physical dated between 08/2022 - 08/2024 from your medical provider.

Note: ​​​​​​All new players will be required to upload their Birth Certificate during the Registration Process.

• RETURNING players must provide the following documentation at a live event: a 2024-2025 Medical History Form.
• For all Offline Payment(s) please apply discount code DPW2024 (case sensitive) at the shopping cart window. Offline Payment(s) will need to be paid off completely by the time of fittings in either the form of a Check and/or Cash. 
• Full Payment (credit card or debit card) is required in order to pay online.
  • A 4.8% Service Charge is applied at checkout.
  • 2024 Cheer Spirit Pack - $125
  • 2024 Registration Fee for Cheer - $265
  • 2024 Registration Fee for Football - $265
  • Payment Plan available.
    • Four equal payments of the total due at checkout with the 1st upfront payment being one of the four. Payments will be pulled out of your account listed on file on the 5th of each month until paid off.
